Identification of Subsurface Rocks in Sumalu Village, Rantebua Subdistrict, North Toraja Regency Using The Geoelectric Method
Abstract
This research was conducted in Sumalu Village, Rantebua Subdistrict, North Toraja Regency using geoelectric resistivity type method with Schlumberger configuration. The purpose of this research is to see the distribution of resistivity data types used as a basis for knowing subsurface rock information. Geoelectric data processing is performed using IP2Win software. The results of data interpretation are matched with the geological conditions of the study area and the resistivity table of each rock. The results obtained in this study were identified the existence of several types of rocks consisting of Alluvial contained in paths 1 and 3 with resistivity values of 49.72-48.56 Ωm and 3.785-314.5 Ωm; The coal contained in each track with resistivity values of 267.9 Ωm, 13.13-307.9 Ωm and 503.2 Ωm; Limestone and sandstone are found on each track with resistivity values of 918.5-4316 Ωm, 6.654-10.31 Ωm and 1556-2165 Ωm.
